How to get your Google review link

  1. Open Google Maps or Google Search on the phone that manages your shop's Google Business Profile and search for your shop name.
  2. In your business profile, tap Ask for reviews (it may be called Get more reviews or Share review form).
  3. Copy the link Google shows. It usually starts with https://g.page/r/. Paste it in the box above.
  4. Scan the preview with your phone to check it opens your review box, then download the PDF and print it.

No Business Profile yet? You can create one for free at Google Business Profile, and Google will verify your shop before reviews appear. If you know your Place ID (it starts with ChIJ), you can paste that instead and DukaanKit builds the review link for you.

Questions

Can I offer a discount in exchange for a review?

No. Google's rules do not allow paying or giving discounts for reviews, and reviews can be removed if they look incentivised. Just ask happy customers politely. A poster near the billing counter works well.

Where should I put the poster?

Where customers wait with their phone already in hand: the billing counter, the table, the waiting chair or the delivery packet. A6 cards work well on tables, A5 on the counter.

The QR opens Google Maps but not the review box. Why?

Some links open your profile page instead of the review form. Use the link from the "Ask for reviews" button in your Business Profile, which opens the review box directly.

Does this work for any business, not just shops?

Yes. Clinics, salons, restaurants, tuition centres and service businesses all use the same Google review link.

Is my link sent anywhere?

No. The QR and poster are made inside your browser. Your link never leaves your phone. The site only counts page visits with GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and stores no personal data.
